Talent and Leadership Development: Assessment.
The assessment phase, of the Talent Entrainment Leadership Development program, is conducted in an outdoor setting, primarily to facilitate, support and evaluate you when you are formulating, and demonstrating, informed leadership decisions and actions, in a changing, challenging, and unfamiliar environment.
Talent Entrainment’s Leadership Development assessment, within it’s outdoor setting, is initially focussed on assessing your knowledge, understanding and application of leadership theory, taught throughout the program, however, the ultimate aim is to enlighten you of “Self”, your values, your motivations, your emotional intelligence, and your leadership abilities.
